Bhagyshree B Hosamani lost her father when she was primary school and her mother worked at a sweet shop to support the family. With a Help A Child scholarship Bhagyashree completed her pre-university education, her BSc and MSc in Mathematics and went on to become an Assistant Teacher in Mathematics at a private school. Today, she supports her sibling’s higher education and takes care of her mother.
